Born October 3, 1954 in Lubbock, Texas to Richard Earl and Jackie Emogene (Buckner) O'Neal, Annette received her education in Idalou. She moved to Oklahoma later and began working with the Court Clerk's office in Broken Arrow. She was an faithful employee for 23 years before retiring. Annette took care of her grandchildren for 4 years, before working at Target.
Annette loved children and enjoyed being around them. She welcomed her own grandchildren with enthusiasm and adored them. In her spare time she loved taking care of her flower gardens and she was also quite the cook. She could fix just about anything she put her mind to, her family remembers their favorites, coconut cream pie, fried chicken and potato salad, to name a few. Her love extended to the four-legged babies she lovingly took great care of. Annette loved beagle hunting and traveling to field trials with Bud. She especially loved her Chihuahua puppies Raven and Bella.
Those family members that survive include her husband Buddy Wall of their home in Catoosa; her sons Jack Wood and wife Amy of Claremore, and Buddy Jay Wall and wife Briley of Broken Arrow; her sister Carla Sims and husband Mike of Verdigris, and brother Harley O'Neal and wife Peggy of Idalou; her grandchildren Hailey Barnes, Hayden Wood, Hannah Wood, Jackie Dale Wood, Madison Grace Wall, and Chandler June Wall; her nieces and nephews Randall Edwards, Myranda Edwards, Lindsay Violett, and Curtis Fight. Annette was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Andy O'Neal.
