Services for Bernice Donaldson will be Saturday, January 2, 2016 at Inola Funeral Home Chapel. Bernice will be laid to rest beside her husband Eugene at Highland Cemetery following the services. Bernice passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2015 at the age of 93.
Bernice was born August 7, 1922 in Glencoe, Oklahoma to Remy Anderson and Ethel Irene (Marrs) Helms. On September 16, 1962 she married Eugene E. Donaldson in Guymon, Oklahoma. The couple made their home in Tulsa.
Those family members that survive include her nieces and nephew Mitzi Cox and husband Don, Michelle Crist and husband Jim and Galen Helms and wife Linda; her great nieces and nephews Tyler Cox and wife Anna, Kirby Cox, Amber Helms, Ramey Helms and wife Morgan and Cheyenne Helms; her great-great nephew and niece Jacobee and Lily Cox and her sister-in-law Toby Helms. Bernice was preceded in death by her parents; her husband and brother, Gale Helms.
