Beverly Hancock passed away peacefully on December 13th, 2020. She was 78 years old.
She was born to Otto Hartlipp and Amanda Hartlipp in Hoyleton, Illinois on September 30th, 1942. She grew up and attended school in Hoyleton. Later in life, her family moved around in Illinois and Indiana, and making Chelsea, Oklahoma their final home in 1979.
Beverly enjoyed the simple things in life. She loved to play the piano and watch Wheel of Fortune. She was very dedicated to her faith and to her church. Beverly loved to be involved in anything and everything at the United Pentecostal Church in Chelsea. As the Women’s Ministries leader, she coordinated many church dinners. She was a faithful prayer warrior who could be counted on anytime a need arose. Above everything else she loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Otto and Amanda Hartlipp, and her sisters, Betty Englerth and Grace Meyer.
She is survived by her children: Angela Brown and husband Donald of Chelsea, Leonard Hall of Tulsa, and Jolynn Washburn and husband Chris of Pryor. siblings: Laverne Daum and Arvey Hartlipp, both of Centralia, IL, grandchildren: Donald Brown, Aaron Brown, Abby Hall, Hailey Washburn, and Chloe Washburn, and great-grandchildren: Ashton Brown, Talon Stevens, and Leroy Brown.
