Memorial service for Bobbie Ruth Jensen will be 9 a.m., Monday, March 21, at the Musgrove-Merriott-Smith Chapel with Rev. Mike Sirmon officiating. Burial will follow at Lone Elm Cemetery.
Bobbie died Tues., March 15, 2011, at her home at the age of 65.
The daughter of Lawrence Lee and Lora Mae (McElyea) Bookout was born Feb. 20, 1946, in Boynton, OK. Bobbie worked for J.C. Penney's for 13 years. She enjoyed arts and crafts, NASCAR, fishing and camping, and working on cars as a mechanic.
Bobbie is preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Leroy Jensen in 2002, her parents, 3 brothers, and 1 sister.
She is survived by her daughter, Kim Savoie and fiance, Wade Jungwirth of Claremore; step-son, Kirk Jensen of Bakersfield, CA; step-daughters, Michelle Jensen and fiance, Dion Clunsell of Bakersfield, CA, and Julie; brother, Hubert Bookout and wife, Connie of Ramona; grandchildren: Josh Savoie and fiance, Jamie Pribble of Claremore, Amy Cookson and husband, James of Claremore, and Emily Jungwirth of Claremore; great-grandchildren: Jazmine Cookson, Haidyn Savoie, and Alexis and Kaylee Groce all of Claremore; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
