Bradford Russell Eastman Sr. passed away on March 14th, 2021 He was 76 years old. Brad was born to Russell and Rovetta Eastman on July 26, 1944 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He grew up in Claremore and Tulsa while attending Claremore Public Schools and Nathan Hale Schools. Upon getting his GED he enlisted in the Untied States Army in 1962 to serve his country as a paratrooper in the 101st Airborne.
During his time in the service he was stationed at Fort Benings, Georgia and Fort Campbell, Kentucky. After his military career Brad and Linda moved to Jay where he ran a concrete plant and drove a truck later, settling down in Salina, Oklahoma where he spent his time running a gravel business. Brad was a very simple man he loved to drive fast and he always said he had a heavy foot. He also had a love for sailing, he even had the opportunity to sail from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico through the Panama Canal to Texas.
He also was a food and restaurant connoisseur. He enjoyed going to different restaurants all over Oklahoma and surrounding states and he had no problem telling the restaurants how good or how bad the food was.
He is preceded in death by his parents Russell and Rovetta Eastman and sister Judy Koster.
Brad is survived by his wife Linda Eastman; Sons Rusty Eastman and wife Fay, Brian Eastman and Karen, Rory Eastman and wife Deana; Daughter Kerissa and husband Seneca; and manygrandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
