Funeral service for Brenda S. Hyder will be 10 a.m., Thurs., March 8, at the River of Life Assembly of God with Rev. Paul Taylor officiating. A graveside service will be held at 4 p.m. at Oakland Cemetery, Madill, under the direction of Inola Funeral Home & Crematory. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Wed. 1-6 p.m.
Brenda passed away Sat., March 3, 2012, at her home at the age of 50.
The daughter of James Bob and Linda Lu (Dentis) Justice was born May 11, 1961, in Tulsa. When she was a year old, the family moved to Petaluma, CA. In 1976, she moved back to the Tulsa area. In 1982, Brenda met Richard Keith Hyder. They married on April 10, 1990, and made their home in Buffalo, MO. In 2000, they moved to Grove. Brenda helped Richard with concrete work, and worked as a hairdresser. She enjoyed shopping, gardening, fishing, and boating. Brenda loved Willie Nelson, so much, she snuck on his tour bus. She attended Cornerstone Church, and loved helping people.
Brenda is preceded in death by her father, and brother, Jimmy Justice.
She is survived by her husband, Richard of the home; mother, Linda Justice of Inola; children: Carie Pitchford and husband, Ricky of Grove, Jessica Henson and husband, Quinnen of Kelleyville, Brenda Morrison and husband, Foin of Republic, MO, and Brandon Hyder of Marshville, MO, ; brother, Alton Justice of Virginia; sister, Lisa Justice of Wagoner; and 13 grandchildren.
