Brian McKelden Fleming, Jr.

Brian McKelden Fleming, Jr., was born on September 4, 1998, to Brian Fleming and Debbie Fleming in West Palm Beach, Florida, then from age 2 grew up in Inola, and considered it his home.  He was a precocious child, and adventurous to no limit.  We all have a Brian story, and while they are the kind that make you want to shake your head sometimes, life with Brian was never boring, and we loved him.   Brian particularly cared for his siblings and spent a lot of time with the younger ones after he was an adult. 

Brian passed away instantly on February 19, 2023,as a pedestrian in a car accident in Catoosa, Oklahoma.

Brian is survived by his parents; siblings Ashley, Christian, Joshua, Katie, and Kylee; and grandparents Vergil Fleming, Sally Parker, and Elizabeth Slater.  Brian joined his maternal grandfather Herald, bonus grandfather Joseph, and his great grandma Carol in Heaven.  While the family of Eddie and Darla Smith may not be related by blood, they were significantly important and involved throughout Brian’s life.

The last 12 years of Brian’s life weren’t filled with the best decisions… but shortly before those 12 years, Brian made the most important decision he would ever need to make, and that was to believe in Jesus and be baptized by his bonus grandpa, whom he is now being buried with… so please be at peace with Brian’s passing, because HE IS OKAY NOW.
