Chevonn Danyell Buckaloo

Funeral service for Chevonn Danyell Buckaloo will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, February 17, 2023 at the MMS-Payne Funeral Home Chapel, burial will follow at Washington Cemetery.  Friends may visit at the funeral home on Thursday, February 16, from 4pm-8pm.  Chevonn passed away on Friday, February 10, 2023.  She was 43.

Born December 18, 1979 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Mitchell Glen and Jo Reta (Feeback) Buckaloo, Chevonn attended school at Sequoyah, graduating with the class of 1998.  Following high school, she attended college and received her associates.  In 2009 Chevonn married Andrew Caldwell and to this union 2 beautiful children were born.  

Employment included Hillcrest and St. John Hospitals.  When her first child was born, she became a stay-at-home mom, a job she loved.  In her spare time, Chevonn enjoyed scary movies, Celtic music, cooking, reading, camping, and fishing, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.  She was always there when she was needed and loved taking care of anyone in need.  A funny and loving person, who could be a little sarcastic at times, but you knew she loved you.

Those family members that survive include her parents, Glen and Jo Buckaloo; children Andrew Cash Caldwell and Evelyn "Evie" Grace Caldwell; her siblings Randy Buckaloo and wife Serena, Brandi Hofstetter and husband Matthew, Jerrod Buckaloo, and Amber Charles and husband Jesse; her beloved nieces and nephews, Reagen, Jaycee, Brayden, Kenadie, Connor, Haydon, Karter, Avery, Jessy, and Emelynn; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family.  Chevonn was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Veta Ann and Willard Feeback, and Raymond Buckaloo and Lola and Ted Gowen.
