A Memorial service is pending at this time.
Claudia Gail Berry, known affectionately as Gail, passed away on August 25, 2023, at the age of 67.
The daughter of Claude and Flois (Davis) Robbins was born on September 22, 1955 in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Gail's journey began in Tulsa where she attended elementary school before moving to Catoosa in the 5th grade. There, she completed her education at Catoosa High School as a proud member of the class of 1973. After graduating from high school, Gail wasted no time in making a mark on the professional world. She embarked on a career at Cities Service in Tulsa and dedicated herself wholeheartedly to her work. Throughout the years, Cities Service was acquired by Citgo but Gail remained a steadfast employee. Her hard work and commitment allowed her to rise through the ranks to become a payroll supervisor. After an impressive career spanning an incredible 43 years, Gail finally retired. However, retirement did not last long for Gail as she found herself working for One Gas as the payroll manager, where she was currently employed.
Those who were fortunate enough to know Gail knew that she had an infectious personality that lit up any room she entered. She cherished being surrounded by friends and family and had a unique ability to make everyone feel welcome in her presence.
Gail was a woman of many interests and hobbies. She had a desire to explore new destinations. Going on cruises became one of her favorite things to do as she soaked in the serene beauty of the ocean while creating memories that would last a lifetime. When she wasn't traveling, Gail found joy in cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and the Houston Astros. However, nothing brought her more happiness than spending time with her granddaughter Lily. Gail's face would light up with affection and pride whenever she was blessed with Lily's company.
She is survived by her husband Randy; daughters, Alicia Berry and Amber Berry and companion James Epperson; granddaughter, Lily Ray, who held a special place in her heart, and her brothers George Robbins and wife Vickie and James Robbins.
