Claybourne Jeff "Clay" Harvey, Sr. was born Aug. 10, 1957, in Jenks. He passed away Thurs., March 14, 2013, at St. Francis Hospital at the age of 55.
Clay grew up in Claremore. On Aug. 11, 1980, he married Cornellia "Connie" Trapp. He worked as a rubber mill operator for many years. Clay enjoyed fishing, camping, and old cars.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Travis and Wanda (Ray) Harvey.
Survivors include his wife, Connie of the home; children: Clay Harvey, Jr. of Chelsea, Clinton Harvey of Foyil, Calvin Harvey of Chelsea, Alex Harvey of Chelsea, and Mandy Luper of Chelsea; siblings: John Harvey of Claremore, Larry Harvey of Claremore, Tommy Harvey of Claremore, Kathy Terry of Tulsa, and Sharon Fontenot of Tulsa; and 3 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Wed. 1-8 p.m. at Musgrove-Merriott-Smith Funeral Service & Crematory.
