Courtney Ann Westfall

Service for Courtney Ann Westfall will be 11:00a.m., Thursday, January 12, 2023, at Eastland Assembly of God Church, 12310 East 21st Street, Tulsa, OK  74129.  Friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 from 2pm-8pm, with family receiving visitors from 5pm-8pm.

 Courtney was born may 18th in Tulsa Oklahoma to Melissa Speer and Brian Westfall. Courtney is 4 minutes older than her identical twin sister Candace the only way we could tell them apart was courtney's birthmark on her chin the twins had many mental and physical challenges Courtney lived at home with us until age 16 then she was accepted into Brownwood life care center where she received 24/7 exceptional care we was able to visit Courtney anytime and was always made welcome she loved her visitors especially her twin sister. Courtney was never able to walk and was in a wheel chair she is now running hand-in-hand on streets of gold with her Granny.
