Delores Jean Lacy passed away at Hillcrest Hospital in Tulsa on Thursday, December 22, 2016. She was 81.
Service will be 2pm, Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at Foyil Assembly of God Church, burial will follow at Chelsea Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Foyil Assembly before services, from 12 noon till 2:00 p.m.
