Dennis "D"` Ray Parker

Dennis Ray Parker passed away Saturday, February 24, 2018 in Tulsa. He was 57. Born on March 27, 1960 to parents Tommy Ray Parker and Annabelle Parker (Stanley) in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After graduating from Inola High School in 1978 Dennis went to work as a heavy equipment operator until his retirement in 2010. Dennis loved to hunt and fish but his greatest joy was playing with Jasper. Dennis married Karen Applegate on June 1982 and they had one son Jacob Parker.

Dennis is survived by his son Jacob Parker and his wife Whitney and his grandson Jasper of Inola, Oklahoma. Jacob and Whitney are expecting Dennis's second grandchild, grandaughter Bailey Parker; sister Roxanne Lee and her husband David of Inola, Oklahoma; nephew Jimmy Lee and his wife Nicole of Haskell, Oklahoma, Andrea Chasteen and her husband Mickey of Inola, Oklahoma, Megan Padgett and her husband Brandon of Inola, Oklahoma, Brian Dobson and his wife Shannon of Inola, Oklahoma, Levi Applegate and his wife Dayna of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Dane Delmedico of Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma, Cody Wing of Inola, Oklahoma, and Logan Applegate and his wife Khrystal Applegate of Inola, Oklahoma; nieces Samantha Miller and her husband Marc of Inola, Oklahoma, Lacy Applegate of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Andrea Fugate and her husband Chad of Inola, Oklahoma, Taylor Hipp and her husband Cody of San Diego, California and a host of family and friends. Dennis was preceded in death by his parents.
