Service for Frances S. Moore will be 10:30am, Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at North Park Trinity Baptist Church, burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday, July 12 from 2pm-8pm, with family receiving visitors from 6pm-8pm. Frances passed away on Friday, July 9, 2021 with family by her side. She was 99.

In the late evening of July 14 1921, ten miles south of Berryville, Arkansas Frances Stella Dunlap was born to Thomas Jefferson and Loma Gertrude (Smith) Dunlap. She was named after her grandmother Hester Frances Dunlap and Harriet Arstella Smith. Frances and her family moved to Denver, Arkansas not long after she was born and was there until she was 7. They later moved to Vinita, Oklahoma and Frances attended school at Blue Hawk. In 1932 the family moved to a farm in Tiawah. She attended school in Tiawah graduating with the class of 1939 as Salutatorian.

On July 1, 1939, Frances married Louis Robert Moore and the couple made their home on the Bond farm until they moved back to Tiawah in 1942, this area has been home since. A wonderful wife and mother who took great care of her family and home, Frances has several jobs through the years. She worked for Fanning's Laundry, ironing, C. R. Anthonys, Key Shoe Store, Corns Western Wear, Heins Jewelry, and Heritage Jewelry.

Frances enjoyed time with her family and visiting with her friends. She loved her church and was a faithful member.

Those family members that survive include her children Roberta Brown and husband Rick of Tiawah and Nancy Blakley of Oologah; her grandchildren Rocky Brown and wife Donna of Inola, Robby Brown and wife Linda of Pensacola, Florida, Lyle Blakley and wife Rae, Lynda Runner and husband Mike, and Lyndsey Blakley and wife Kali all of Oologah; great grandchildren Dusty Brown and wife Savannah, Rashele Blakley, Amanda Brown, Amy Brown, Reighly Hendrix and husband Bailey, Larahmy Blakley, Blake Runner, Bailie Runner, Neecey Blakley, Bram Blakley, Hunter Blakley, Lydia Blakley, and Dakota Lane Blakley Hicks; great great grandchildren Brecklyn Brown, Braylee Brown, Brantley Brown, and Katherine Hendrix; her sisters Phyllis Lund of Lakewood, Colorado and Mary Bump and husband Leo of Owasso; brother Jim Dunlap and wife Jane of Phoenix, Arizona; sisters-in-law Doris Vanaman of Knoxville, Tennessee and Mary Dunlap of Claremore.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents, husband Louis Moore, brothers Willard, Phillip, Nolan, Bob, and Buster; sisters Lula Mae Farris and Esther Stark; nieces Noland Sue McCullough, Lynda Garret, and Pam Dunlap; nephews Wayne "Shorty Dunlap and Gilbert Farris; son-in-law Vincent Blakley; brothers-in-law Juell Lund and John Stark; sisters-in-law Jewel Dunlap, Effie Dunlap, Margaret Dunlap, and Agnes Dunlap.
