Frank Cecil DeBoard

Memorial service for Frank C. DeBoard will be 10:3 0 a.m., Sat., June 4, at MMS-Payne Funeral Home Chapel.
Frank passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2016 at Clarehouse in Tulsa, with his family by his side. He was 81.
Born on June 17, 1934 in Dilworth, Oklahoma to William Cecil and Sallie (Busby) DeBoard, Frank was reared and educated in Ponca City.
He worked at Larry Black Sporting Goods in Ponca City, and retired from both Williams Companies/Williams Brothers Pipeline in Tulsa as a dispatcher in 1993, and Baker Hughes, Claremore.
Frank enjoyed fishing, camping and spending time with his family. He coached David's baseball team through the years. Frank was a member of the American Legion and the Elk's Lodge.
He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings Roy Gene DeBoard, Lola Fern Holder and Sally Ann Sturgeon.
Those family member that survive include his son David DeBoard, his daughters Leslee Head and husband Jim and Janice Brown and husband Phil; his grandchildren Stephanie DeBoard, Brooke DeBoard, William Hamilton, Jamie Hamilton, Ciarra Hamilton and Aaron Head; his great grandchildren Ethan Hamilton, Riley Hamilton and Kristopher Hamilton.
