Freida Mae Hoffman passed away in Tulsa Oklahoma on February 23, 2021 at the age of 88.
Freida Mae Green Hoffman was born on June 6, 1932 to Kenneth Joseph and Madeline Maggie Green. She grew up in Verdigris and Claremore, graduating from Claremore High School. Freida married the love of her life E.L. Hoffman Jr. on April 26, 1952.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Claremore where she loved attending her Sunday school class and visiting with the members, and was also a lifetime member of the Order of the Eastern Stars of Catoosa, Oklahoma.
Upon E.L.'s retirement from American Airlines, the couple traveled throughout the United States in their fifth wheel. They especially enjoyed visiting the Texas Hill Country when the bluebonnets were in full bloom.
Freida was an excellent cook who shared her talents at church camps and numerous gatherings. Some of the things that brought her joy were her vast collection of at least one thousand cook books, playing dominoes, and painting.
Freida is preceded in death by her husband Everett Lawrence "E.L" Hoffman Jr. on December 13, 2011.
She is survived by her son, Kirby Wayne Hoffman and his wife Sally, of Norman OK; daughters, Janet Lynn Morrow and husband Gregory of Austin, TX; and Donna Renee Daley and husband Kane of Verdigris, OK.
Five grand children and four great grand children: Patrick Logan Morrow and wife Taryn, of San Antonio, TX, Catherine Marin Morrow Romero and husband Isaac of San Antonio, TX, Justin Wayne Hoffman of Verdigris, OK, Aaron Lawrence Hoffman and wife MacKenzie and their four daughters of Norman, OK, Jacob Ethan Daley of Verdigris, OK
