Gerald Loyld Martin

Funeral service for Gerald Martin will be at 10:00am on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at MMS-Payne Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 1:00-6:00pm on Monday, March 20, 2023, at the funeral home. Gerald passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at the age of 83.

Gerald was born on November 12, 1939, to Jinks and Ruby (Collums) Martin in Tishomingo, OK. He attended Webster schools graduating with the class of 1958. Growing up Gerald enjoyed any type of hunting. He was an avid outdoorsman and just enjoyed any time he could spend in the woods. Later in life, Gerald enjoyed getting to share his love for hunting, fishing, and camping with his children and grandchildren. He also loved sports and enjoyed watching his grandkid's games. Gerald will be greatly missed by his family and all that knew him.

Gerald was preceded in death by his parents; 5 brothers and 3 sisters.

Gerald is survived by his daughters, Tammy and husband Cole Breshears, and Tonya Martin; grandchildren, Kenny and Kamden Breshears, Blake and Rebecca Breshears, and Sierra Martin and Heather Huntsman; great-grandchildren, Kenny Jr., Lexis, Peyton, Rowdy, Lincoln, Nash, and Trace.
