Geri passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at the age of 63.
The daughter of David and Genell Hensley Huckstep was born July 23, 1951 in Prineville, Oregon. As a young girl around the age of 10 she and her family moved to Oklahoma, settling in the Muskogee area. There she attended Muskogee and Checotah schools. Shortly after high school she met Chris Quinn and married in 1971. His job took them to many places, such as Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Houston, Texas, and Charlotte, North Carolina. While living in Charlotte she started her own cleaning company, Ragtime Cleaning Service. Chris, Geri and family moved to Indonesia where trips to Bali, Thousand Islands and a visit from her sister were a few highlights. A few years later she moved back to Oklahoma. She enjoyed creating flower arrangements, working with jewelry and antique shopping. She moved to Eureka Springs, started her reflexology business and attended college classes. Afterwards, Geri met and married Ornald Gambrell. Over the next few years they traveled frequently, living in Houston, Broken Arrow, Bella Vista, and later Claremore. In her final years, she enjoyed keeping up with friends.
She is preceded in death by her father David Huckstep and niece Kara.
