Henry A Robison

Henry Avenoy Robison, 90, of Catoosa, OK, passed away on November 15, 2023, peacefully at his childhood home. Arrangements are handled by MMS Funeral Home.  No services were held at the request of Henry.   Henry was born October 6, 1933, to Tommy and Virginia Robison.  He went to school at Catoosa and graduated in 1951. He married Anna Lee, the mother of his three children, Rhonda, Kathy, and David.    Henry worked as a Machinist and Precision Inspector for McDonnell Douglas Aircraft until his retirement.  He was an avid hunter and competitive shooter, and he enjoyed restoring old cars and competing at car shows.  Over the years Henry received many 1^st place trophies for each of his hobbies.  Henry was a caring, kind, and compassionate man willing to help anyone in need and loved animals and did not know the meaning of a “stray”.  Any animal that showed up at his place instantly became his, be it wild or tame.   Henry is preceded in death by his parents, his daughter Kathy and brother Jerry.  Henry is survived by his children Rhonda Rose and Paul Lewis of Murphy, Texas and David Robison and Carolyn of Claremore, OK and sister Shielda Conley of Catoosa, OK, 4 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild and nieces and nephews and extended family and friends and his dog “Sammie” that was by his side until his last breath.
