Graveside service for Janie Marie Rountree will be 11 a.m., Thurs., at Woodlawn Cemetery with Bishop Q.L. Bell officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Musgrove-Merriott-Smith Funeral Service & Crematory. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Wed. 1-8 p.m.
Janie died Mon., Oct. 18, 2010, at her home at the age of 98.
The daughter of James and Flora D. (Bryant) Ashworth was born Oct. 9, 1912, in Albion, OK. In 1928 she married Jack Rountree in Albion, OK.
Janie is preceded in death by her husband, Jack, and her parents.
She is survived by her daughter, Ruthalee Roundtree of Claremore; and grandsons: Thomas Edward Jones and wife, Jeanie, Jeffery Allen Seals, and Terry Michael Seals and wife, Kim all of Claremore.
