Jeffrey Scott Peper

Memorial service for Jeffrey Scott Peper will be 1:30 pm Saturday, November 9, 2019, at Faith Fellowship Church, 3101 South Ninth Street, Broken Arrow. Jeffrey passed from this life at his home in Broken Arrow on Tuesday, October 29th, 2019. He was 48 years old.
The son of Norman and Kathie (Leathers) Isbell was born in Tulsa on August 30, 1971. He grew up and attended school in Broken Arrow, graduating with the class of 1989. For awhile after high school, he worked for Don Clifton in his lawn care business, until starting his own business, Jeff's Lawn Service, which he operated for twenty years.
In his younger years, he was passionate about hotrodding in his Chevelle. That ended when Jeffrey married Brandy Peper on January 1, 1991. This marriage was blessed with two children, Brandon and Brooke.
In his spare time, he enjoyed golf, hunting, fishing, and naps.
Jeffrey was preceded in death by his grandparents Gordon and Marie Isbell and Joseph and Virginia Leathers.
Those left to mourn his passing are his parents, Norman and Kathie Isbell; siblings Randy Leathers, Ellen Isbell and Renee Wright; former wife Brandy Peper; and children, Brandon Scott Peper and Brooke Anne Peper; grand son, Kaydon and grand daughter, Kearza, and many nieces and nephews.
