He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Virginia Losetta Tincup-Moore; three daughters: Tammy Dawn, Shariena Darlene, and Merrian Joy; two grandsons: Shane Paul and Teddy Clayton; three granddaughters: Loretta Renee Shell, Leota Kay, and Christina Dawn; four great-grandsons: Jediah William, Coree Alexander, Colbee Paul, and Bentley Jess; three great-granddaughters: Makayla Renee, Talyssa Nicole Marie, and Faith Alexia Marie, who Jess called his wee people; three sisters: Wilma D., Betty Jo, and Gloria D.; too many friends and relatives to name but he loved each one dearly.
Jess was born Aug. 20, 1938; he died Aug. 17, 2010.
He loved God, family, friends, life, fishing, hunting, fun, his Cherokee Heritage, his country, music, and his wee people. He was a veteran. He prayed for everyone, even abusers. He had occasional cruel words but a kind heart. He was the best husband, dad, and grandpa ever.
