Jimmy Ray Ludwick

Jimmy Ray Ludwick passed away on March 29, 2025, at the age of 65. He was born in Liberal, Kansas, to Paul and Norma Ludwick. Jim spent his early years in Claremore, Oklahoma, where he attended Claremore Public Schools.

Jim had a deep love for the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and family game nights. He was a devoted supporter of his children and grandchildren, attending their sporting events, FFA, and 4-H activities. Some of his favorite memories were made at the lake, where he cherished time with family. Jim also proudly served his country in the United States Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Norma Ludwick; grandson, Coty Pavey; son-in-law, J.C. Rothers; and in-laws, Francille and Richard Guilfoyle.

Jim is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Ludwick; his daughters, Jeannette Rothers, Jamie Spaulding and husband Matthew, and Christina Flock and husband Cliff; his brothers, Michael Ludwick and wife LouCindy, and Rock Ludwick and wife Leslie; his sisters, Paula Barnes and Cathy Meyer and husband David; and his grandchildren, Alissa Brown, Kyle Rothers, Alia Rothers, J.C. Rothers Jr., Abby Rothers, Levi Spaulding, Ethan Spaulding, Austin Spaulding, Sophie Spaulding, Normandie Flock, and Britain Flock. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will cherish his memory.

Jim’s love for his family and his passion for the outdoors will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
