Jimmy Lee White

Funeral service for Jimmy Lee White will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 10, 2012, at the First Baptist Church of Chelsea. Burial will follow at Dawes Cemetery under the direction of the Chelsea Funeral Home and Crematory.

Jimmy Lee White passed away Thursday, January 5, 2012, at the age of 34.

The son of Jerry and Marie Atchley White was born June 4, 1977 in Claremore, Oklahoma. He attended Chelsea Schools, where he was active in sports and the band. In 1995 he graduated from Chelsea High School. Later that fall he continued his education at Northeastern Oklahoma A & M. In 2007, he met Darcey Beyerlin. They were married June 10, 2008 in Miami. When Jim wasn't working, there were many things he enjoyed. He loved playing the drums, playing poker with his friends and family, and coaching softball but most of all he loved being with his family.

He is preceded in death by his grandfathers: George White and Joe Atchley, and uncles, John Atchley and Jim Atchley.

Survivors include his wife, Darcey; daughter, Raelee White; stepson, Jordan Leger; stepdaughter, Kaitlyn Beyerlin, all of the home; parents, Jerry and Marie White of Chelsea; sister, Angie Boyd and husband, John of Chelsea; brother, Scott White and wife, Lori of Chelsea; nieces and nephews, Holly White, Allyssa White, Courtney White, Maddie Boyd, Jordon White, Logan White, Payton White, and Regan White; grandmothers: Marjorie White, and Allien Carver and husband, Don and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
