John Ralph McClain

John Ralph McClain son of Morris Andrew McClain and Marie McClain born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on August 11th, 1946, passed away in his home on March 23rd, 2022. He was 75 years old. John R. McClain, being a lifetime resident of Oklahoma, married his Sweetheart Leedora Imel in June of 1964 and they were happily married for 58 years. John was an expert machinist and programmer for his entire working career before retiring in 2014.
John was an avid outdoorsman. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing for bass, trout, crappie, and catfish. When he wasn’t fishing you could find him in the deer woods hunting. Aa a favorite pass-time John and Leedora enjoyed traveling and gambling together.
John is preceded in death by his Father Morris Andrew McClain his mother Marie McClain, sisters Dixie Alexander, Sue Spencer, and his Brother Morris Andrew McClain Jr.
John is Survived by his wife Leedora McClain of Claremore, daughter Cristie McClain of Branson Missouri, son Johnny McClain and his wife Dawn McClain of Claremore, and son Tony McClain and his wife Melissa of Muskogee. John is survived by 10 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren.
Old Man, Dad, Papa, Gramps, Pops will be immensely missed.
