Judy Gale Dunsworth

Funeral service for Judy Dunsworth will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 3, at the Chelsea Funeral Home. Pastor Bob Allsup will officiate. Burial will follow at Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Sun. 1-6 p.m.

Judy Gale Dunsworth passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at her home in Chelsea at the age of 58.

The daughter of Billie Williamson and Betty Fridley Schomp was born April 6, 1953 in Covington, Virginia. Around the age of 5 Judy left with her family and moved to California. The next several years took her from California to Missouri and finally to Oklahoma in the mid to late 1960's. Living in Tulsa she found her calling working as a house painter. She and her family contracted work for many years in Tulsa. On April 27, 1990 she married Joe Alan Dunsworth. They continued living in Tulsa until 2007. At that time they moved to Chelsea. As long as her health allowed her she was a hard worker. If she ran out of work she would just repaint her house or another family member's. Her hobbies included painting, flower gardening and watching the home shopping network.

She is preceded in death by her Parents, Billie and Betty.

Survivors include her husband Joe of the home, son John Sager and wife Johnna; grandchildren, Jude, Jade and Sabrina; great-granddaughter, Brylee; father, Rex Schomp and brothers, David Junge and Billie Williamson.
