Julie Crawford Lowe

January 8, 1947 — January 29, 2025

Claremore

Julie Crawford Lowe was born on January 8, 1947, in Fullerton, California to William Hubbard Crawford and Jean Bernice Ball Crawford. She went home to be with the Lord on January 29, 2025, in Claremore, Oklahoma at the age of 78.

She graduated from Fullerton High School in Fullerton, California where she was active on the cheerleading team and had many friends, many of which she was in contact with until her final days (to the “Amigals” - thank you for your constant love and support!).

She married Roger Don Lowe on May 9, 1986, and they began their new life together raising their family. Together, Roger and Julie moved to Oklahoma in 1992.

Julie adored her children and loved every moment of raising them. She dedicated her whole life to them and was happiest being together with her family.

Julie worked in the service industry, sharing a small restaurant with a friend. She was also a great waitress - constantly upselling her customers with dessert! Julie retired after working at Atwoods for 14 years in Claremore, where she enjoyed interacting with the community on a daily basis.

Julie was a Christian and loved the Lord with all her heart. She faithfully attended Claremore Assembly of God in Claremore, OK, where she found her “sweet spot” and operated in her gifting by serving on the Hospitality Committee. She enjoyed organizing the monthly church luncheons, as well as the benevolence dinners, where she coordinated the food and decor.

Julie approached life with zest and perpetual optimism. She will be greatly missed.

Julie is survived by her loving husband, Roger Lowe; daughter, Jennifer Lowe; son, Mark Lowe (wife-Melody); daughter, April (Lowe) McCleary (husband-Jason); son, Ryan Lowe; Grandchildren: Jake Mason (wife-Marysa); Sam Mason; Rebekah Mason; Laura Lowe; Gabe Sams; Alex Sams; and Drew Lowe; Also remaining is her mother-in-law, Permelia Lowe.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Hubbard Crawford and Jean Bernice Ball; and her brother, William Crawford.

A Celebration of Life for Julie will be held on February 7th, 2025, at 10 am at Claremore Assembly of God.
