Graveside service for Junior F. Martindale will be 10 a.m., Friday, June 1, at Rose Hill Cemetery, Tulsa, with Rev. Dave Mewbourne officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Musgrove-Merriott-Smith Funeral Service & Crematory.
Junior died Tues., May 29, 2012, at Wood Manor Nursing Home at the age of 68.
The son of Earl and Vera Martindale was born Aug. 6, 1943, in Tulsa. He served in the U.S. Army, and worked most of his life in construction. He enjoyed taking care of quarter horses. Junior moved to the Claremore area from Sapulpa in 1997.
He is survived by his children: D.J. of Texas, Brian Martindale of Pryor, Jory Martindale of Pryor, Tina Bush of Sand Springs, and Karla Taylor of Tulsa; brothers: Raymond Martindale and Patrick Dignon; sister, Vera Lee Atwell of Sand Springs; and 9 grandchildren.
