Keith James Chambers

Funeral service for Keith James Chambers Jr. will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 13, 2103 at the First United Methodist Church of Claremore. Dr. Ray Crawford will officiate. Burial will follow at Lone Elm Cemetery under the direction of the MMS-Payne Funeral Home & Cremation Service.

Keith passed away December 10, 2013 at the age of 15.

The son of Carolyn Ray and Keith Chambers was born July 16, 1998 in Madera, California. As a young boy he and his family moved to the Claremore area. There he enrolled in Claremore Public Schools. He enjoyed participating in track, weightlifting, football, and most recently in fall baseball. In his spare time, K.J as he was known to his family loved spending time at his grandparents house. When he wasn't there you could probably find him playing Xbox with his friends. Keith also attended First United Methodist Church, where enjoyed participating with the youth.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather Bobby Ray.

Survivors include his parents, Keith Chambers and Carolyn Ray of Claremore, siblings, Ashley Chambers of Claremore, Casey Chambers of Ardmore, Keeley Chambers of Bakersfield, CA, Hailey Brodie of Tulsa, William Brodie of Tulsa and Rachael Marcum of Henkley, CA; grandparents, Floyd and Carol Chambers of and Peggy Ray all of Claremore; aunt, Sandy Wilkerson of Claremore and cousins, Mandy Wilkerson, Torey Wilkerson and Kalyn Chambers.
