Kelly Don Noe was born September 7, 1973 in Claremore, Oklahoma to Walter Emmitt and Doris Lee (Knight) Noe. He was reared and educated in Tiawah and graduated with the class of 1991 from Inola High School. Kelly also attended Vo-Tech while in high school, learning the trade of small engine repair; which he excelled at. Kelly knew how to have a good time. He enjoyed riding his 4-wheeler and wave runner, but he loved hunting and fishing with his grandpa. His family was most important and cherished time spent with them. Kelly never met a stranger and soon after visiting with him you became his friend. He had an infectious smile and was full of life, an inspiration to all who knew him. An OU fan, you could find Kelly sporting a tee-shirt or ball cap that was crimson and cream and he was also a Dale Earnhardt fan.
Those family members that survive include his mother Doris Winton and husband Mike of Jenks; his father Walt Noe of Tiawah; his sister Kristie Hermanski and husband Jason of Tulsa; his step-sister Laurie McElwain and husband Brad of Claremore and step-brother Chris Winton of Dallas and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
