Kenneith Marie Lewis

Funeral service for Kenneith Marie Lewis will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 26, 2012 at the Foyil United Methodist Church. Pator Madlyn Rugh will officiate. Burial will follow at Dawes Cemetery under the direction of the Musgrove-Merriott-Smith Funeral Service and Crematory. Visitation will be Wednesday from 1 - 7 p.m. family will greet friends from 5 -7 p.m.

Kenneith passed away Monday, July 23, 2012 at the age of 54.

The daughter of George and Betty Maggard Lewis was born September 29, 1957 in Claremore. As a young girl she and her family lived in the Bushyhead area. She attended Chelsea schools graduating with the class of 1975. While in school she was very active in the band, and loved playing basketball. She was also a very talented musician. Several times throughout her childhood, she was called upon to play and sing for numerous area events. After graduation Kenneith took a job working for the Tulsa Department of Human Services. In her spare time she enjoyed horseback riding, boating, gardening and listening to music, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, George Kenneth Lewis and Betty Maggard Lewis.

Survivors include her son, Kenny Lewis of the home; granddaughter, Rose Marie Lewis of the home; sisters, Billie Jo Lewis of Claremore, Cathy Fielder and husband Mike of Chelsea, and Teresa Lewis of Tahlequah; brother, Terry Lewis and wife, Penny of Chelsea and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
