Leslie Cobb Sala, beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, and companion, passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2024, at the age of 67. She was born on December 11, 1956, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Edward and Jeanne (Harrison) Cobb. Leslie attended Nathan Hale High School and graduated in 1975. She pursued higher education at the University of Tulsa, where she earned a degree in Communication.
Throughout her career, Leslie worked with dedication and passion. She contributed her skills to various companies, including Pennwell, Dollar Thrifty, and most recently, the Meeks company.
Beyond her professional life, Leslie found immense joy in her personal pursuits. She cherished the outdoors, particularly camping, with Lake Tenkiller holding a special place in her heart. She delighted in hosting what she lovingly referred to as "summer cousin camp," cherishing the time spent with family. Leslie had diverse interests, including collecting Emmett Kelly Clowns, tending to her garden, and enjoying trips to Mexico. However, her greatest joy came from spending time with her grandchildren, who brought light and laughter into her life.
Leslie was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Jeanne Cobb, and her grandson, Cooper Sala.
Survivors include by her companion, Rick Cole, her children, Michael Sala and wife Kendra, and Matthew Sala and wife Kisha, daughter-in-law, Nicole Cole as well as her cherished grandchildren, Norah, Luca, and Tucker Sala and Derick Cole.
