Memorial service for Linda Kay Malin will be 2 p.m., Tues., June 9, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Linda passed away Fri., June 5, 2015, at her home at the age of 68.
The daughter of Theodore Evans and Ruby (McCleery) Evans was born Sept. 5, 1946, in Tulsa. Linda attended school in Owasso. On May 19, 1985, she married Thomas J. Malin, and they made their home in Inola. Linda enjoyed shopping, gardening, birdwatching, spending time with her family, and hanging out with Tom. Her religion was important to her, and she spent many hours reading her Bible.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Don Evans.
Linda is survived by her husband, Tom of the home; daughters: Rhonda Weathers and husband, Donnie of Claremore, and Stacey Duncan and husband, Chris of Inola; siblings: Darrell Evans of Owasso, Ted Evans of Texas, Shirley Evans of Owasso, and June Hacker and husband, Jim of Pensacola; grandchildren: Baley Smith, Tyler Duncan, Austin Weathers, Emily Weathers, Kaleb Duncan, Elizabeth Duncan, Brandy Duncan, Allan Duncan; and 7 great-grandchildren.
