Lyndsey Marie Gaddis was born July 13, 1980 in Claremore to Paul Wayne and Lisa Driscoll Hocutt. She began her education in Claremore and graduated in 1998 from Welch High School. Wanting to continue her education, she enrolled at Northeastern Oklahoma Junior College in Miami. Later she transferred to Rogers State University where she received her associates degree. After graduation she began working for Lakeside Bank in Salina, After a few years she moved to Vinita and started her career with the First National Bank of Vinita.
In her spare time Lyndsey loved hanging out with her friends and family at the lake. It was there that she met Billy Gaddis. They would marry on March 12, 2005. To this marriage two daughters were born Gentry and Mabry. From a young age, Lyndsey displayed signs of true nurturing motherhood, taking care of her three younger siblings, Ashley, Whitney and Andrew. When it came time to have children of her own, it came all too natural for her. Gentry and Mabry were Lyndsey's life, heart and soul. Her two daughters were the best two things in her life and helped her get by day to day.
Lyndsey impacted the lives of many and she had a smile that could light up the whole room. She was a kind, gentle, sweet and loving person, who never met a stranger.
Lyndsey is survived by her; two beautiful baby girls Gentry and Mabry Gaddis and their father Billy of Vinita parents, Paul and Lisa Hocutt; siblings Ashley, Whitney and Andrew all of Claremore; her grandmother Dora Jane Hocutt of Salina, aunts and uncles, Karla McKee of Elm Springs, Arkansas, Charlie and Debbie Hocutt of Salina and many other cousins and extended family members and friends.
