Mark Edward Begley

Funeral service for Mark Edward Begley will be 1 p.m., Mon., July 19, at the Dam Saloon, Oologah. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery under the direction of Musgrove-Merriott-Smith Funeral Service & Crematory. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Sun. 2-5 p.m.

Mark died Wed., July 14, 2010, at St. John's Hospital, Owasso, at the age of 50.

The son of Clayton Edward Begley and Martha (Sellmeyer) Pennington was born Sept. 16, 1959, in Claremore. Mark graduated from Oologah High School in 1978. On May 28, 2007, he married Ronda Richardson. Mark owned Begley Brothers Construction. He enjoyed driving his Harley Davidson, taking care of his livestock, and singing karaoke. Mark was a member of St. Cecilia's Catholic Church.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, and his father.

Mark is survived by his wife, Ronda of the home; mother, Martha Sellmeyer Pennington of Oologah; step-daughter, Jana Phillips of Oologah; step-son, Jerrod Phillips of Oologah; brothers: Chris Begley of Oologah, and Jeff Begley of Oologah; step-brothers: Daryle Pennington, Dennis Pennington, and Donel Pennington all of Oklahoma; step-sister, Denise Pennington of Oklahoma; nephews: Sean Ault, Kole Begley, Brady Begley, and Paden Begley; nieces: Rian Begley and Kyleigh Brewer; great-nephew, Tucker Begley; and great-niece, Nora Brewer.
