Michael Eugene Aery

Michael “Mike” Eugene Aery passed away on June 3rd, 2022 he was 66 years old. Mike was born to Fern and Burl Aery in California on October 22, 1955. He was an avid reader and sports fan especially OU football. He loved going to sprint car races and enjoyed talking about old cars or any machine that went fast. He was very talented and could build just about anything you asked him to build. He could weld anything and specialized in pipeline welding. Mike loved being with his family and rarely missed a birthday party or holiday event. Mike met Nalene while both of them were caring for their mothers at the hospital. They hit if off with his good humor and Nalene’s easy going personality, the two were married on November 20, 2012. They enjoyed going over the road together and loved new adventures. Mike and Nalene attended LifeChurch Catoosa where Mike was known as “Mr. Mike!”
He was preceded in death by his parents Aery, sister-in-law Cheryl, and daughter Madeline Clark.
Mike is survived by his wife Nalene Aery, daughters Lori Gonzalez, Melissa Moffett and husband Ty, Ashley Aery, Jillian Van Ranken and husband Mack; Grandchildren; Alex, Mason, Evan, June, and Jack; Sister Debra; Brother Patrick; as well as several nieces and nephews.
