Service for Michael Don Click will be 2 p.m., Fri., Sept. 27, at the Inola Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Rod Wilborn officiating. Military honors will be conducted by the U.S. Army. Burial will follow at Washington Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Fri. 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Mike passed away Tues., Sept. 24, 2013, at his home at the age of 72.
The son of John Wallace and Nona Aline (Hooter) Click was born Dec. 12, 1940, in Shawnee. Mike graduated from Capitol Hill High School in Oklahoma City. He went on to serve in the U.S. Army. On July 7, 1967, he married Doris Marie Johnson in Oklahoma City. They made their home in Inola where Mike enjoyed farming and spending time outdoors. He loved fishing with his grandchildren, and woodworking. He built storm doors and windows for Thermal Windows. Mike was a member of River of Life Assembly of God, and enjoyed spending time with his church friends. His also had a hobby collecting both indian arrowheads and stamps.
Mike was preceded in death by his father, John; brother, Johnny Click; and sister, Nila Irene Click.
He is survived by his wife, Doris of the home; children: Duane Click and wife, Teresa of Inola, and Stacy M. Click of Inola; grandchildren: Lauran, Brandon, and Sophie Click; mother, Nona Click of Oklahoma City; and brothers: Jerry Click and wife, Shirley, and Wayne Click all of Oklahoma City.
