Service for Nicholas Hipp will be 2:00p.m., Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at Pleasant View Baptist Church, Pryor, Oklahoma, burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Claremore. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday, February 11, from 1pm-7pm, with family receiving visitors from 5pm-7pm. Nicholas passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2025. He was 36. Nicholas will be remembered as a kind and caring individual who possessed a heart of gold, always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

Nicholas Landon Hipp, born on March 25, 1988, in Claremore, Oklahoma, to Max and Dorothy (Layton) Hipp. He was a proud graduate of Verdigris High School, having completed his education in the class of 2006. During his time as a student, he showcased his athletic talent by playing football and soccer for the Verdigris Cardinals, contributing to the spirit and camaraderie of his classmates.

Following his graduation, Nicholas embarked on a journey through various jobs before ultimately finding his niche as an elevator mechanic with Schindler. His technical skills and dedication to his work were evident throughout his career.

A true outdoorsman at heart, Nicholas found joy in hunting, enjoying both deer and ducks, and relished the opportunity for a good game of golf. His love for the great outdoors was only surpassed by his devotion to family. Nicholas took great pleasure in planning vacations and creating treasured memories with his loved ones. When it came to gatherings, he was known for his grilling prowess, often preparing enough food to feed a small army, ensuring that all were welcome at his table. He always had welding projects going on around the house. One of his favorite things to do was to listen to music loudly while driving down back roads with his family.

Nicholas is survived by his devoted wife, Brittany Hipp, and their beloved children, Tayla Hipp and Landon Hipp. He leaves behind his father, Max Hipp, and his brother, Cody Hipp, along with his sister-in-law, Taylor. Nicholas is also survived by his in-laws, Chuck and Vonda Woody, and a lively extended family, including six nieces, seven nephews, one great nephew, six cousins, and a host of friends who were enriched by knowing him.

Nicholas was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Hipp, and his grandparents, who will surely welcome him with open arms.

The legacy of Nicholas Landon Hipp will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. His kindness, generosity, and loving spirit will be deeply missed.
