Funeral service for Patricia Dawn "Tricia" Rue will be 11 a.m., Fri., Feb. 17, at the House of Prayer, Tulsa, with Pastor Bill Parks officiating. Burial will follow at Dawes Cemetery, Chelsea, under the direction of Musgrove-Merriott-Smith Funeral Service & Crematory. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Thurs. 6-8 p.m.
Tricia died Mon., Feb. 13, 2012, at her home at the age of 35.
The daughter of Wayne and Jeri (Shroyer) Lively was born Sept. 28, 1976, in Bartlesville. She attended school in Edmond and Carney. She then continued her education at Southwestern University. Shortly there after she put her education to work in the medical field. Primarily working as an office manager for area hospitals. Her job called for her to travel on numerous occasions. It was on one of those trips while at the airport in Oklahoma City that she met Tom Rue. They were married on Dec. 28, 2007 in Newkirk. The next several years she and Tom traveled working in all parts of the United States. While she was traveling she loved to tour the country side, and visit local area wineries. Her hobbies include , grilling out, baking, attending estate sales, and collecting antiques but most of all she enjoyed being with her family.
She is preceded in death by her son, Ryan Smith.
Tricia is survived by her husband, Tommie of the home; children: Taylor Lively of Edmond, Jon Murie of Edmond, Caleb Lively of Edmond, Brittany Rue of Claremore, and Chelsea and Blaine Rue of Norman; parents, Wayne and Jeri Lively and Tom and Marilyn Rue; brother, Michael Lively of Bartlesville and grandchild, Kaide Williams.
