An informal gathering of family and friends will be held after the viewing from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the North Block Common in Claremore.
Phyllis Ann ( Griswold) Toon passed away Sept 17th, 2018 in Little Rock Arkansas.
Phyllis was born Sept 20, 1934 to Dave E and Ethel E Griswold in Coffeyville, Kansas. She is survived by her daughter Donnell Roff, Son-in-law David Roff of North Little Rock Arkansas and son Davey Toon, Daughter-in-law Jeannie Schneeberger of Thousand Oaks California, four Grandchildren Emily Smith and husband Chris Smith of Wylie, Tx. Elizabeth Conant of Santa Barbara, Ca. Steven Michael Toon of Lafayette, La and Stewart Roff and wife Carrie of Bald Knob, Arkansas, and one Great grandchild, Addison Smith.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, sister Orphena Stewart, brother Ray Griswold, daughter Loretta Hilbert and son-in Law Fred Hilbert, nephew Jason Hilbert and great granddaughter Sara Hilbert.
