Rhonda Rae Lamb

Visitation for Rhonda R. Lamb will be Friday, December 16, 2022 at MMS-Payne Funeral Home & Cremation Service.  Rhonda passed away on December 9, 2022.  She was 68.

Born September 12, 1954 in Superior, Nebraska, her parents were Russell and Zella (Ficher) Hall, Rhonda grew up and attended schools in Scandia, Kansas.  Following her graduation from Pike Valley High School, she married Donald Willard Lamb on October 27, 1973.  The couple made their home in Salina, Kansas before making Claremore their home.  

Rhonda worked at Braum's for over 13 years and made many friends through the years.  She most enjoyed spending time with her family.  When time allowed, Rhonda liked sewing, reading, and attending her son's rodeo activities.  She would help anyone in need and through the years she had many adopted grandchildren whom adoringly called her grandma. 

Those family members that survive include her children LaDawn Lamb, April Lamb, and Brayden Lamb; her grandchildren Cody Hasting and Paige Hodges; great grandchildren Mariah Hasting, Paisley Hastings, and Rori Victoria Hodges, and many bonus grandchildren.  Rhonda was preceded in death by her parents, husband Donald Lamb, and son G.W. Lamb.
