Robert Francis Wayland

Robert Francis Wayland, 85, of Inola, Oklahoma, passed away on November 17, 2023. He was born on May 18, 1938, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Robert was a proud and hardworking man, known for his dedication as a carpenter for many years.

Robert will be lovingly remembered by his surviving family members, including his brothers, Gary Wayland and Gerald Wayland. He is also survived by his son, Robert Cecil Wayland, his daughter, Kathy Jean Terry, his granddaughter, Tonya Reeves, great-grandsons Bryce Terry and Ben Terry, and great-great-granddaughter Elise Terry.

During his life, Robert was a loving father and grandfather. He cherished his family and always prioritized their well-being. His hard work and dedication as a carpenter were evident in the meticulous craftsmanship he displayed in his projects.

In his spare time, Robert enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He had a warm and welcoming personality, always making those around him feel loved and cared for. Robert's legacy of love and hard work will forever be cherished by those who had the privilege of knowing him.

A private family gathering will be held to celebrate Robert's life and honor his memory. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to a charity of your choice in Robert's name.
