Memorial service for Ronald Paul Hudson will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 19, 2021, at House of Prayer Holiness Church.
Ron went home to be with his Lord on April 8, 2021, at the age of 80 years. He was born in Phoenix, Arizona to Denver Colorado and Bessie Pauline (Harris) Hudson. At an early age, his family returned to Oklahoma to live. He was a lifelong Sequoyah Eagle, graduating in the class of 1960. During high school, Ron lettered in baseball and basketball.
While attending church at Bethel Chapel Church in Foyil, Ron met Rosetta Robbins. They married and had three daughters, Kimberly Ron, Pamela Dawn, and Shannon Waun. They lived in the Sequoyah community.
On June 26, 1975, Ronald and Madonna Koss were united in holy matrimony at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Tulsa. They were longtime members of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Claremore. Donna passed away on February 6, 2006.
During his lifetime, Ronald held many jobs, primarily as a welder for Yuba Heat Transfer, and also as a certified electrician. In his later years he also worked as a security guard.
In his spare time, he was an avid outdoor enthusiast, whether he was camping, fishing, hunting small or large game, or riding motorcycles.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents, Denver and Bessie Hudson, his brother Donald Hudson, his wife Madonna Koss Hudson, and his niece Mary Hudson Collins.
Surivors include his natural children, Kimberly Abaee Brown and husband Dale, Pamela Morgan and husband Tom, and Shannon Deaver; natural children of Madonna Koss, Steve Koss, Ken Koss, David Koss, Gary Koss, Allen Koss, and Janie Space; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
