Roxie Ann Derouen passed away March 25, 2014 at the age of 69.
The daughter of Albert and Catherine Tipps Harris was born June 11, 1944 in Claremore, Oklahoma. As a young girl she attended Tiawah schools. She later married Bill Campbell and to this marriage three children were born, Troy, David, and Pamela. She then devoted her life to taking care of her children. As they grew older she helped do many things to support them, such as help run the little league baseball concession stand, and bake cakes for many local functions. Then in the mid 1980's she moved to Louisiana. There she met Donald Derouen. They were married on May 24, 1990. They made their home in Louisiana until being displaced by hurricane Katrina. They then moved to Oklahoma settling in the Sapulpa area. Her hobbies included crocheting, needlework, and working outside in the flower beds.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Catherine Harris and brother, Roy Harris..
Survivors include her husband Donald of the home; children, Troy Campbell of Venice, Louisiana, David Campbell of Claremore, and Pamela Kivett and husband Randell of Elon, North Carolina; grandchildren, Jeremy Campbell, Caitilin Campbell, Austin Campbell and Kristy Pickard, and brother, Buddy Harris and wife Fran of Sapulpa.
