Sheila Diann Griffin

Funeral services for Sheila Diann Griffin will be 2:00pm Thursday April 14th, 2022 at Westside Holiness Church. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Claremore, Oklahoma. Visitation will be at the church on Wednesday April 13th from 1-8.

Sheila went home to be with her Lord and Savior surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, April, 10th at the age of 70.

The daughter of Leonard and Vivian (Williams) Haddox was born on July 1st, 1951 in Bristow, Oklahoma she attended schools in Stroud, and Claremore. On July 5, 1968 she married John Michael "Mike" Griffin and the couple made their home in Claremore through the years. Sheila's first priority was her family, she took great care of them. When those grand kids were born, she was the one who took care of them and they could do no wrong. Mawma was music to her ears and she made each feel as if they were the only one. Sheila was a great cook and enjoyed sharing with those visiting.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Mike, her brothers Leonard Haddox, Jr., Gary Haddox, and James Haddox.

Those family members the survive include daughter, Marenda Boles; son, Travis and wife Amanda Griffin; brothers, Don Haddox, Wallace Haddox, Leon Haddox and wife, Judy, Denny Haddox and wife, Nancy; sisters, Betty Moore, Treila Andrews and husband, Gary; sister-in-law Joyce Haddox all of Claremore; grandchildren Ashton Boles, Bretton Boles, Dalton Griffin, Weston Griffin and Brynn Griffin; seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
