Memorial service for Sherry Payne will be 4pm Saturday, August 5, 2023 at MMS-Payne Funeral Home Chapel.

On July 20, 2023, Sherilyn (Sherry) Payne, loving wife, mother and sister passed away peacefully in the city of Claremore Oklahoma. She is preceded in death by her husband Jim, her mother Norma, her father William and her sister Judy. Sherry is survived by her four children: Angela, Jeff, Jamie, Jennifer, their families and her sister Suzy.

Sherry was a loving dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She loved the simple things in life and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was loved by all who knew her, whether they were a friend, co-worker, neighbor or someone she just met. As so many can attest, Sherry was known for her generous and compassionate soul.

Sherry is now at peace with her husband and in the hands of Our Lord. She will be greatly missed by her loving family and always remembered in their hearts.
