Stacey passed away February 17, 2011 at her home in Chelsea at the age of 42.
The daughter of Carl E. and Katherine Todd Gulley was born June 11, 1968 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As a young girl she and her family lived in Locust Grove. In the mid 1970's they moved to Chelsea. She began attending Chelsea schools; graduating with the class of 1986. After graduation she continued her education at NEO in Miami, Oklahoma. Later shewould attend Oklahoma State University and then Northeastern State University from which she graduated with a degree in education. She returned to Chelsea to begin teaching, where she had served as a substitute teacher for many years. Her down time was mostly spent with her children and her family. She was very active in all their school activities. From childhood and throughout her life, she was involved with many other activities such as church, showing cattle, riding horses, participating in band, 4H and FFA, and anything else that would allow her to spend time outdoors. Words can’t begin to describe the effect that Stacey had on so many people’s lives. For those who have been blessed by crossing paths with Stacey, you have an understanding of the joyous, fun-filled, crazy, willing to help no matter the cost, witty, and beautiful personality that only one would experience by knowing her. May you always remember the smiles, the laughs, the jokes, the mischievousness, the joy, the wit, and the genuine love of Stacey Deanna Mack.
She is preceded in death by her sister, Carla Kay Gulley; grandparents, Thomas and Jessie Gulley and Trudy Bissing and aunt Joy Roberts.
Survivors include her son, Kyle Mack of Chelsea; daughter, Kelby Mack of Chelsea; parents, Carl and Katherine Gulley of Chelsea; sister, Tammy Sabharwall and
husband Victor of Chelsea; nephew, Jason Sabharwall and wife Amber of Ottawa, Kansas; nieces, Amy Hughes and husband Clint of Chelsea, and Jessica Sabharwall of Chelsea;
