Susan Zella Farris

Funeral service for Susan Z. Farris will be 2 p.m., Thurs., Sept. 9, at Musgrove-Merriott-Smith Chapel with Perry Geer officiating. Burial will follow at Oakhaven Memorial Gardens under the direction of Musgrove-Merriott-Smith Funeral Service & Crematory. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Wed. 1-8 p.m., and family will greet friends 6-7 p.m.

Susan died Sat., Sept. 4, 2010, at her home at the age of 62.

She was born Jan. 19, 1947, in Minneapolis, MN. Susan moved to Claremore in 1982. She enjoyed square dancing with her husband, Jack, and attending bible study groups.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers: Bruce and Gordon Lampman.

Susan is survived by her husband of 25 years, Jack Farris of the home; sons: Grant Severson and wife, Lori of Boseman, MT, and Garrick Severson of Tulsa; step-daughter, Kay Rita Ault and husband, Les of Claremore; sister, Joyce Harold and husband, Jim of San Antonio; grandchildren: Malin, Ashley, Nicholas, and Angelo Severson; step-grandchildren: Shanda Moran and Leslie Kay Ault; and step-great-grandchild, Joel Moran.

Memorial contributions may be made to Kingdom Hall of the Jehovah Witnesses.
