Funeral service for Suzanne Dooty McClure will be 3 p.m., Fri., July 29, at MMS-Payne Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Sallisaw Cemetery.
Suzanne passed away Wed., July 27, 2016, at Claremore Nursing Home at the age of 69.
The daughter of Wilburn "Jack" McClure and Carrie Lee (Ashford) McClure was born Dec. 12, 1946, in Poteau. She was raised in Sallisaw, and graduated from Sallisaw High School where she was a majorette. Suzanne later moved to Claremore where she raised her two daughters, Carrie and Kelli.
Suzanne retired from the Claremore Junior High School where she worked as a secretary. She then went to work at the Rogers County Courthouse where she worked for the Court Clerk's office.
Suzanne loved spending time with her family and dogs.
She is survived by her children: Carrie Robinson and husband, Rodney of Claremore, and Kelli Branan and husband, Josh of Oktaha; and grandchildren: Bryar Tate Robinson, Hadley Jo Branan, and Jocelyn Mac Branan.
