Tammy Claudine Carriger

Tammy Claudine Carriger passed from this world into the loving hands of Jesus on Saturday, February 20, 2021, at the age of 63 years, after a brief battle with cancer. She was born to Tommy and Jo Ann Orr on November 18, 1957, in Claremore, Oklahoma. She lived in Claremore most of her days, except for a short stint in Wyoming. Tammy grew up in the Sequoyah community and graduated from Sequoyah High School in 1976. She participated in many school activities but excelled in 4-H where she attained their highest county honor. She continued her education at Claremore Junior College. Tammy worked in the banking industry for several years; she was a convenience store clerk for a season; and she finished her working career at Carlisle Industries in the manufacturing field. No matter where she worked, she developed great friendships with her coworkers. She treasured those friendships all her days. The highlight of Tammy’s life was her only daughter, Terra Beth.
